Parkway started inside a disability support provider in South East Queensland, built while delivering Supported Independent Living, community access, and daily living supports to NDIS participants.
Running the business meant juggling five different platforms for rostering, compliance, billing, notes, and participant management. None of them talked to each other. None of them understood the NDIS.
So we built what we needed. What started as internal tools to automate our own operations grew into a full platform that any NDIS provider can use. Every feature in Parkway exists because we needed it ourselves first.
