How does NDIS billing work with Parkway?

Parkway automatically generates NDIS claims from completed timesheets using the official NDIS Price Guide rates. Claims can be submitted directly through the Services Australia API or exported for your plan manager. All line items are validated against participant funding before submission.

Can I migrate my data from another system?

Yes. We offer free data migration from VisualCare, ShiftCare, SupportAbility, and other major platforms. Our team will work with you to map and import your participant records, worker profiles, service agreements, and historical data.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No lock-in contracts. All plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual billing is available at a 20% discount but is entirely optional. Your data remains accessible for export even after cancellation.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing is per active worker per month. A worker is counted as active if they have at least one shift rostered in the billing period. Participants, administrators, and family portal users are not counted towards your user limit.

What support is included?

All plans include email support with response within 24 hours. Professional plans include priority support with response within 4 hours during business hours. Enterprise plans include a dedicated account manager and phone support.

Is my data secure and hosted in Australia?

All data is hosted on Australian servers with SOC 2 compliant infrastructure. We use end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. Your participant data never leaves Australia.
