Parcare Lifestyle is a registered NDIS provider based in Brisbane. The team supports people with disability at home and in the community across South East Queensland, including Supported Independent Living homes and Individualised Living Options.

The homes listed here are mainstream rentals used for shared living, not Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). You rent your room and choose the supports that come with it. Parcare support workers deliver the supports in every home, with clinical oversight from a registered nurse for medication and health needs.

What comes with the home

  • Support workers who help with daily living, personal care, meals, medication and getting out into the community, shaped around your plan.
  • A compatibility conversation before any offer. Parcare talks with current residents before a new person moves in.
  • Your own lockable room and private space, with house keys managed under Parcare's keys and private space practice.
  • Tenancy and supports as separate agreements, so your home does not depend on who provides your support.
  • A feedback and complaints process you can use at any time, with the NDIS Commission as an independent option.

How it works

  1. Enquire by email or phone. A support coordinator or family member can enquire for you.
  2. Inspect the room and meet the team.
  3. Compatibility conversation with the household, then a written offer.
  4. Sign the tenancy and supports agreements and set a move-in date.
