Cover it
- 1Open the shift that needs cover (from Today in Core, or the roster on desktop) and choose Cover Shift.
- 2Parkways returns the top ranked candidates in one round trip, scored on availability, proximity, credentials and fit.
- 3Pick a worker and send an SMS offer. The message is shown to you as a draft first, you press Send to fire it.
Offer to several at once
- 1Use the bulk invite to offer an open shift to multiple workers at the same time.
- 2First to accept wins the shift, and the others are told it is taken.
Smart match respects compliance: a worker with expired screening ranks poorly. Fix the credential or pick someone else rather than forcing it.
