Set up in this order and everything downstream just works. Each step feeds the next.
1. Add participants
- 1Go to People, then Participants, then All Participants and use New participant.
- 2Fill in identity, NDIS number, contacts, communication needs and care flags. The more complete the profile, the better AI prefill works on forms later.
- 3Upload key documents on the participant's Documents tab as you receive them.
2. Add workers
- 1Go to People, then Workers, then All Workers and add each worker, or run them through Recruitment and convert them when hired.
- 2Record their SCHADS level and employment type so shift costing and payroll are right.
- 3Track screening, training and documents under Workers, then Documents & Compliance.
3. Quotes and service agreements
- 1Build a quote per participant under Finance, then Quotes (see Building a quote).
- 2Approving a quote generates the service agreement automatically, ready to send for signing.
4. Roster
- 1Generate draft shifts straight from the executed agreement's funded line items, or build the roster by hand under Operations, then Roster.
5. Switch on the portals
- 1Open a participant and use Family access to issue portal links to family members.
- 2Manage everything portal-related from People, then Family & SC portal.
