In the Core app
- 1Open Shifts, then New, and add the participant, time and location in three taps.
- 2You go straight into smart match to assign or offer the shift.
On desktop
- 1Go to Operations, then Roster, and use New shift.
- 2Set participant, time, location, the worker (or leave it open) and the NDIS line item it bills against.
- 3For repeating supports, set recurrence and Parkways generates the series.
Whenever you can, generate shifts from the service agreement instead. The billing code comes attached and there is nothing to reconcile. See From agreement to roster.
For SIL house shifts, and any shift that must link to a service agreement line, use the desktop roster. Shifts created in the Core app do not yet attach the agreement item or property, so they need reconciling before they can bill.
