Check what you owe
- 1Open Credentials to see each item, its status and its expiry date.
- 2Your ID badge lives alongside it under ID badge.
- 3Expiring items show up as alerts on your home screen, and the office also gets reminders by SMS and email.
Renewals
First Aid renews every three years, CPR every year. When you renew, get the new certificate to the office so they can update your record, or upload it where the app lets you.
Let something lapse and you risk hours that cannot be billed and a compliance finding for the service. Keep screening and tickets current, do not wait for the final reminder.
