Your support facilitator sends you a personal link. Opening it shows your person's care at a glance. There is no password: the link is yours, so do not forward it.
What you can see
- 1Schedule: upcoming support shifts and who is coming.
- 2Goals, Notes and Equipment: progress notes the team shares, care goals, and equipment in use.
- 3Updates: anything the team has escalated to you, including incident updates.
- 4Funding: budget remaining, a category-by-category breakdown, and recent spending.
- 5Documents: signed service agreements and any documents the team shares with you.
- 6Messages: a private thread with the office team.
The line at the top tells you exactly which sections your facilitator has shared on your link.
Things you can do
- 1Request documents: shift notes for a date range, progress reports, agreements, statements, medication records or anything else. You will see the status (pending, in progress, fulfilled) and the office's response on your link.
- 2Upload documents: send NDIS plans, specialist letters or consents straight to the office (PDF, photos or Word, up to 15MB).
- 3Message the team: replies usually come within one business day. For anything urgent, phone the office.
