Every shift stores the NDIS support item it bills against: the item number, name and unit price at booking time. That is what makes invoices and claims line up with the price guide without manual fixes later.
Using the picker
- 1On any shift creation surface, search the NDIS line item field by words or item number, for example saturday self-care or 01_013.
- 2The search covers the full current price guide catalogue. Pick the item and the price cap fills in.
- 3Shifts generated from a service agreement inherit the right item from the agreement's line items automatically.
