Each participant page brings together identity, contacts, care flags, goals, funding, forms, documents, notes and incidents.
What to keep complete
- 1Identity and NDIS number: used on quotes, agreements, claims and reports.
- 2Diagnoses, allergies, communication needs and dietary requirements: pulled into shift context for workers and used by AI prefill.
- 3Emergency contacts, GP, support coordinator and plan manager details.
- 4Care flags such as manual handling, mealtime management and behaviour support: these drive compliance checks on shifts.
Family access
From the participant page you can issue a family portal link (see Using the family portal). Each link is scoped to that participant only and can be revoked any time.
