After you clock out, the app walks you through a guided completion. Do it before you leave, while the detail is fresh.
What the flow asks
- 1A structured note per participant. On a SIL or group shift you answer for each resident, so no one is left out of their own record.
- 2The questions are tailored to the participant and the house, following the NDIS shift note template for that support.
- 3You can dictate into any box with voice, and a note quality coach nudges you if a note is thin. It is advice, not a blocker.
- 4Kilometres travelled, if the shift involves transport. There is a hard cap, so an obviously wrong number is stopped before it saves.
- 5A handover for the next worker, and an incident if something happened (the flow detours you into the incident form and brings you back).
The completion checks
When you press Complete, the app checks a few things and tells you if anything is missing:
- 1You have clocked out.
- 2There is a note that passes the quality check for every participant on the shift.
- 3Mandatory tasks and any per shift health forms are done.
- 4No medication is left pending in the eMAR.
Once all checks pass the shift locks as completed. If you toggled an incident, the shift still completes and routes you through the incident form first, so never skip it.
