Once an agreement is active, the roster can be generated from it rather than built from scratch.
Generate the roster
- 1On the agreement page, use Generate roster.
- 2Pick the date range. Parkways fans the rosterable line items out into draft shifts on the right days with the right billing code already attached.
- 3Re-running skips dates that already have shifts, so you can extend the roster month by month.
- 4Open Operations, then Roster to adjust times, assign workers and confirm the drafts.
Utilisation
As shifts complete, usage accrues against the agreement's line items. The Service Agreements list shows utilisation per agreement, and Finance, then Burn Rate forecasts when funding will run out at the current pace.
