Parkways forms (consents, health and care plans, risk assessments, daily living assessments and more) are schema-driven and live on each participant's Forms tab.
Filling a form with AI
- 1Open the participant, go to Forms, choose the form.
- 2Identity fields autofill from the profile instantly.
- 3Press AI prefill. Parkways reads the participant's profile, their recent progress notes and recent incidents, then drafts every empty field it can support with evidence.
- 4Review every suggestion. AI fills only empty fields and never overwrites something you typed. Adjust anything that needs human judgement.
- 5Save draft, then Send for signature if the form needs signing. Recipients sign via a magic link, and signed PDFs land back on the participant's record.
AI prefill drafts, it does not decide. You are signing off on the content, so read it before saving. If the AI was not confident about a field it leaves it blank rather than guessing.
Worker visibility
Each form has a visibility toggle: Internal only, or Visible to workers in the worker app. Use it for plans workers genuinely need on shift.
